What is a blog and why am I doing this? I actually asked myself these questions when I first starting considering if I should blog? What is a blog? I actually googled this term and this is what I found:

Blog ~ noun a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style.

After reading this definition, I was motivated to write a blog because of the definition "informal or conversational style." I like that, I like that a lot. I love writing and I love conversing with people. Expressing myself and talking about things that matter to me, and actually matter to you, is a precious thing.

So, welcome to my informal place where I get to have a conversation with you.

Who am I? I am a woman on a mission. My mission started long before I knew I had a mission. As I came up in the business world, as a Latina, young mother, with no formal degree with a stamp on it, I lacked confidence. Because I spent many years in the beginning of my career lacking the confidence I needed, I may have missed opportunities. That being said, everything happens for a reason. Confidence came knocking at my door right when I needed it most, when I was ready to use it wisely. My mission is to knock on your door with my friend, confidence. Should you choose to let us in, we will help you gain the beautiful amount of confidence you need and to have the awareness to use it wisely.
