My Story

I am a proud Latina, born in the windy city of Chicago, Illinois.  One month after my 16th birthday, I gave birth to a little boy.  I made a decision to make something of myself and not be a statistic.  I had enough! I picked myself up by my boot-straps and went for it, scary as it was, I got my first "real" job, and hence the journey began.

I quickly realized that I need to set straight up boundaries and balance being a full time professional, mom, and wife.  Some days had its highs and some its lows.  The highs were great and the lows were filled with stress and complete burnout.

 As time ticked, I confidently coached leaders in our organization, I realized that my own confidence was being built and that a Coach is who I am.  I courageously took the plunge and became a  Certified Professional Coach and here I am.

 

Today, I focus on helping professional women everywhere find their WHO, their voice, and create boundaries, in order to step out of burnout and into freedom to be a human being and not a human doing.
